1. Product Quality

Our hand-stitched hijabs are made with premium fabrics and crafted with care. We guarantee your order will arrive in perfect condition.

Sizing Note: Please ensure you measure around your face frame for the Mini Essentials. This hijab is designed for face sizes that fall between 20cm head to chin. If your face size differs, we recommend consulting a tailor to adjust the fit for maximum comfort.

2. Orders & Payment

All purchases must be paid in full at checkout. We accept the payment methods listed on our site.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds. Please ensure your purchase selection is final, as we don’t accept exchanges or refunds.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Online orders are not processed over the weekend or on Australian public holidays.

Delivery times vary by location. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers.
